Privacy policy

Joey's Gallerie is my personal photography: birthdays, graduations and portraits in Detroit. Here's what I collect through joeysgallerie.com and what I do with it. I don't sell your information.

What I collect

• What you send me: your name, email, your phone number if you add it, the kind of shoot, the date or your birthday month, and anything you tell me about your idea.
• Basic site data: pages viewed, device, browser and general location, collected through cookies by the Meta Pixel and, without cookies, by Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare hosts the site and screens the forms for spam bots, and the fonts load from Google, so both see technical details like your IP address and browser.

How I use it

To reply to you, plan and book your shoot, let you know when birthday dates open, and see which ads bring in inquiries. Inquiries are kept with the records for my studio, Dream District, and someone on my team may help with yours. A few trusted services help me run the site and keep those records, and they only get what they need to do that.

Meta Pixel

This site uses Meta Pixel, which uses cookies to tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) which pages you visit and whether you send a form. I use it to measure my ads and show them to people likely to be interested. You can opt out through Ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

If you're under 18

Ask a parent or guardian to send the form for you.

Photos from your shoot

I may share work from your shoot in my portfolio and on social media, as agreed when you book. If you're in something I've posted and want it taken down, email me.

Your choices

Email me anytime to see, correct or delete your information, or to come off the birthday list. I'll respond within 30 days. I keep business records only as long as I need them, including for taxes.
